I think every time I get on IIRC I find more to do with it and more benefits to the website. There is so much information on there that it's hard to sort it out and find the time to use all of the benefits to our advantage. I would really like to see my school district offer some training, especially for our SIP team members, on the use of the IIRC website and how we can use it to effectively influence decisions in our school.
